1. Click on Play Store (android) / App Store (iPhone)
2. Search “Outlook”, then Click Microsoft Outlook and install the application.
3. Open Outlook
4. Click Get Started
5. Enter your email address and click continue
6. Click Manual setup
7. Click Exchange
8. Enter your email password and choose a description and click V
9. On Android: Enter your email address again and click V
On iPhone: Enter Domain NDSN, Username your email address and click V
10. Enter the mail server address provided by support team
and click V
11.Click continue if you wish to add another mailbox or skip to proceed to you mailbox
12.Click skip again
Now you can access your mail, contacts and calendar from your phone.
