If you want to block a sender's address so you won't get anything from them again you can open your PineApp console from any PineApp report that's less than a week old, find the address and block it as shown in the pictures below.
1. Find a PineApp Traffic Report mail and click on "Click here to log-on to your personal quarantine area"
2. Change status to "All" and click on the search button
3. Find the email you want blocked and check the checkbox, pick "Add sender to blacklist" from the dropdown menu and press "Go'
From now on all emails coming from the same address will be marked as spam and blocked.
