(1) From calendar's owner PC


1. Click Calendar tab


2. Click Calendar permissions


3. Click Add…



4. Choose the user you want to give permissions to your calendar.


5. Choose the permission level you want to give the user-

a. Reviewer – view only events

b. Editor – edit events

Then click OK




(2) From the user you shared the calendar with 


1. Open outlook 

    


2. Click Calendar tab                


3. Click Open Calendar


4. Click Open shared calendar…


5. Choose the user whose calendar you need to see
