1.On the left lower corner of the meeting room screen, you can find Room IP and code.
2.Open web browser.
3.Type the Room IP in the address line, for example:
4.Click Enter.
5.Guest users: Select Run VIA to execute the application once
Regular users: Select Install VIA to install the program on your PC
6.If you selected Run VIA, Please skip to step 10.
Else, save installation file to your PC.
7.Click on the installation to open it.
8.Select I accept the agreement, and then click next
9.Click install
10.Select Run VIA.exe then click finish
11. Once VIA windows open, fill the room name (room IP) and choose a nickname
(Optional).
Then click login.
12.Type the code as written in the corner of the screen
13.Once you logged in to VIA, click present to share your screen
