1. Open View tab
2. Click on Add Columns
3. Make sure From column is on the top of the list
If it's not at the top or not in the list:
- Find the From field on the left list and select it
- Click Add ->
- Move to the top
4. Click OK and check
To field instead of From in inbox - Outlook Print
